DESCRIPTION:Brenda A. Greuel lives and works from her home in Thiensville\, Wisconsin. As a lifetime self-taught gardener\, she seeks inspiration in the natural horticultural world. Brenda has offered her line of organic plant-based handmade soaps since 2009 when she established the Conscious Bath Company. Choosing organically-grown vegetable-based oils\, herbs and essential oils for her recipes allows her to demonstrate her interest in conscious living. It demonstrates to the community that personal care products CAN be made with beautifully scented plant-based ingredients that leave no harmful footprint in the environment at large.\n\n \n\nHer interest in plant-based activities\, growing houseplants and landscaping led her to grow a small moss garden. This opened a world of curiosity and expanded her interest in living plant arrangements such as terrariums\, Kokedama moss balls and Preserved Moss Wall installations. These works bring the outdoors inside\, creating a tranquil moodiness to interior spaces where the viewer cannot help but be transformed on an emotional and physical level. They require no gardening skills and immediately create an indoor landscape everyone can enjoy throughout all seasons.
