Stephan Fischer is best known for his dedicated preservation of Cedarburg?s historic downtown\; his efforts to protect the town?s architectural treasures resulted in the listing of 200 historic buildings on the National Register.\n\nLess is known about his astounding artistic legacy of paintings\, drawings\, and sculptures. Fischer?s love of architecture and of Cedarburg is evident in this exhibition of his artwork\, many of which feature landmarks of the area.\n\nThese works and a collection of ephemera give a detailed look into the life and legacy of E. Stephan Fischer.\nOpening Reception will be held on Saturday\, January 18 from 2-4pm.
